Sprimag Brasil was founded in November, 1998 and is located in Capela do Socorro, a southern suburb of São Paulo. The site includes a 4.500 square meter facility. We are a branch facility of a long-established German automated coating systems  company that supplies equipment world-wide, and are responsible for the Brazilian and South American market. Equipment and services we offer include complete turnkey projects (equipment, project development, project engineering, management, and installation). We are active in the following target industries: automotive and automotive component, aluminum and steel beverage cans, chemical and medical package (collapsible tubes), screen coating for engine pistons, and rotary screen coating machines for high productions rates.

The paint equipment and coating machines are manufactured in our headquarter in Germany according to our customers and final paint specification requirements. The final assembly and start up will be at the customer site with our own Sprimag technicians and technical support from Germany.

We also offer to our customers the ability to do coating trials at our site. In addition we supply complete spare parts and field service in order to insure optimal production in the customer’s day to day production. In addition, if necessary, we can integrate local content into our paint systems, from Brazil or the Mercosul area.

In our facility, we have a complete structure to offer coating jobs and also laser engraving in several different kind of parts, using different technologies available. At Sprimag Brasil we are ready to coat plastic parts in ABS, ABC+PC, Nylon, PP, PC and other kinds of plastics and also Zamack alloys. We provide coating jobs for several automotive and cell housing parts suppliers, both for local market and for exportation. Right now we are painting a average of near 25,000 parts coated every day, and delivered to our costumers.
