The multi-component mixing unit is an important part of many paint shops. But also, the mixing ratio of the components must be continuously monitored and adjusted. Therefore, Sprimag has designed its own 2K-/3K-mixing unit with automatic color exchange from standard components. It can be either integrated completely into the control system of a coating line, or controlled by its own independent control system. In either version, the 2K-/3K-mixing unit may be easily integrated into the operations of the paint shop.

The central unit control is based on an industrial PC with a graphical user interface. All parameters and processes can be visualized, controlled and saved within the PC. All adjustable parameters can be saved as a PC data file referenced to the parts to be painted. Relevant data sets can be collected, evaluated and journalized.

This paint supply is suitable for water and solventbased paints, softfeel paints, as well as laser paints.
