Internal wet spray coating of Cans with production rates up to 250 cans/minute
The HIL-64 has a nominal production line speed of 200 cans per minute with a maximum part diameter of 66 mm. The spray gun tips plunge completely into the can and trigger as they are withdrawn from the part insuring complete internal coverage. The coating cycle is carried out simultaneously by 9 spray guns in a triplecoat process.
Following the spray booth is our integrated drier stage which cures the paint on an accumulator-style conveyor chain that traverses up and down several times in a very compact footprint.
