Sprimag is the coating machine manufacturer that sets the standards worldwide for quality and precision. We offer our customers the possibility of having their applications developed in our Applications Center in Kirchheim-Teck near Stuttgart. Sprimag guides and supports our customers from these first trials through the final machine design, integration and installation . This planned approach significantly reduces the overall start-up period.
Services
An ongoing task of Sprimag’s research and development department is to produce innovative designs and process improvements. Our Applications Center is available for extensive and detailed testing of new techniques and applications under conditions that closely simulate actual production.
Each project is systematically developed as a turnkey concept, right through to final commissioning. Every application is developed alongside the customer.
Coating applications require a specialized and skilled workforce such as Sprimag's. Every department from design and assembly through installation and final commissioning utilizes modern technology. Careful planning further ensures a smooth-running build process.
The service team’s tasks are wide-ranging. The department is involved in the initial consultations, provides backup and support during design, and finally trains the operators. The service network operates worldwide to provide reliable service and spare parts. Our spare parts are manufactured at our main facility in Germany and are stocked at our satellite branches as well.
